You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a return request via the contact form.

Your request will be carefully reviewed so we can offer you the most suitable solution.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please include the purchase invoice with your return to help us process your request efficiently.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued to the card used for the original payment.
