All shipments are sent from France using reliable, trackable carriers.

We offer several delivery options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

Colissimo (La Poste)

  • Colissimo Standard (home delivery or pick-up point): delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Online tracking available via the parcel number sent by email once the order ships.

Mondial Relay

  • Delivery to a pick-up point within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • You will be notified by email as soon as your parcel arrives at your selected relay point.

Chronopost

  • Chronopost Standard: home delivery within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
  • Chronopost Express: next-day delivery (business days) for all orders placed before 12 p.m.
  • Real-time tracking available via the link sent by email.

Gift Cards & E-books — Digital Delivery

Our Books’ Apothecary gift cards are fully digital and sent by email, either to you or directly to the recipient of your choice.
No physical shipment is made for this type of product.

Our e-books are delivered via a secure download link (unique URL) accessible after purchase.
They can be read on any app compatible with LCP (Licensed Content Protection) — an official, widely supported solution for digital reading.
Once you receive the email, you can enjoy your book immediately or gift your card right away.

Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods (preorders, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly longer — but each parcel still receives the same level of care.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier selected, and any unexpected logistics disruptions (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

International Shipping

Shipping is currently available to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg via Colissimo and Mondial Relay.
For other destinations, delivery is available through Colissimo International only.
